Galaxy Sundae

Ingredients:

• Vanilla ice cream (or any light-colored ice cream)
• Food coloring (purple, blue, pink, and black)
• Edible glitter or star-shaped sprinkles
• Whipped cream
• Fruit toppings (e.g., blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
• Chocolate sauce
• Cone or bowl

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ice Cream Base:
   • Divide the vanilla ice cream into separate bowls based on the number of colors you plan to use.
   • Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and gently mix until you achieve the desired shades. You should have bowls of purple, blue, pink, and black ice cream.
2. Layer the Ice Cream:
   • In a glass or sundae dish, start layering the different colors of ice cream. You can create a swirling effect by alternating colors and using a spoon to gently blend the edges where they meet.
3. Add Toppings:
   • Once the ice cream is layered to your satisfaction, add a generous amount of whipped cream on top.
   • Drizzle chocolate sauce over the whipped cream.
   • Sprinkle edible glitter or star-shaped sprinkles over the top to give it a cosmic sparkle.
   • Add fruit toppings around the base of the whipped cream for extra flavor and visual appeal.
4. Serve:
   • Serve immediately to ensure the colors remain distinct and the ice cream doesn’t melt too much.

Tips:

• For an extra touch, you can use a black cone or a waffle bowl that has been dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with edible glitter.
• If you want a more intense color effect, use gel-based food coloring instead of liquid.
